In line with the tool I mentioned yesterday, I thought I'd share a couple of other online tools that are useful for woodworking, and as the title states, other makery-things, like the laser, CNC, etc.
This site is useful for a whole lot of things... segmented bowl calculation, dovetail joints, pitch, dividing circles, rafters, gear ratios, kerf bending, chain and sprockets... definitely worth adding to your bookmarks for doing a little bit of a lot of things.
Generates box templates. Great for the laser or CNC, or, templates for your bandsaw. Enter in specs, and have it push out the templates needed. Does 4+ sided boxes, kerf bent boxes, and boxes with dividers. Using edge/butt joints, finger joints, and T slots. And allows for export to SVG or DXF.
