Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders typically ship out between 7-10 days after receipt. We need a little time to process your order as a small business. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY
We do not offer local pickup, as we do not yet have a physical retail store location. Maybe one of these days...

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority mail for all orders shipped within the United States, which you can select at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize USPS First Class Mail, USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail International, which you can select at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The New Janky Workshop/VARO Industries is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 307 days after delivery for most products (except for custom orders where there is not a defect), if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Refunds processed after item has been received and checked, which may take up to 7-10 business days once the item has been delivered back to our office.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tnjw@duck.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
