Refund policy
- Returns accepted for 30 days.
- Customer provides return shipping.
- No restocking fee.
- No final sale items.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for most products (except for custom orders where there is not a defect), if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Refunds processed after item has been received and checked, which may take up to 7-10 business days once the item has been delivered back to our office.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tnjw@duck.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
