The bowl measures 12.356" by 10.918" when printing. The completed bowl is roughly 11.75" in diameter, and 2 1/4" high. This design is intended for 1/4 (5 mm) material.

This is a layered bowl (stacked bowl) all made from the same sheet of material, with rings cut inset of each other, and then layered together to make a bowl. Would not recommend for soup or cereal however.

Achieve even fancier results by cutting this out of 2 or more sheets of material (for 2 or more bowls), and have the different layers as different materials like the Cherry & Walnut version shown in the product photos.

This bowl can be assembled with and without sanding using super glue (CA Glue). For each layer, I do a turn at around a 1/2" from the previous layer. I recommend either medium/thick to attach the rings, and then super thin to bolster up the layers. Since there is no support, this bowl will be fragile! If using finished Glowforge Proofgrade materials, it will be even more fragile without sanding first, because the finish will not allow as strong of a bond than with unfinished wood.
